Heather-Souve

Heather was first introduced into the Long Term Care community in 2004 when her father opened an Adult Family Home. Living in the same home as the residents for which you provide care allowed Heather an intimate and speedy education in the importance of the different community settings and the continuum of care.

Heather previously served as the office manager for the Washington State Residential Care Council, the association representing the nearly 3,000 adult family homes in the State. While there, she expanded her industry knowledge as well as advocacy for seniors and people with disabilities.

As the company’s General Manager, Heather is an integral part of the leadership team. This position oversees all operations including human resources.

Heather also assists Senior Advisors with regulatory compliance and training, and works with long term care providers to ensure seniors and their families are supported in all their transitions.
