Education, Training & Certifications: Certified in Dementia & Mental Health training, HIPAA and CCA. Attended Skagit Valley College.

As an industry insider, Mary Cordova spent five years as vice president and director of referral services for another placement and referral agency, and as a distributor of durable medical equipment for more than two decades, selling supplies to hospitals, nursing homes and physicians. She also served as an executive director in a memory care community.
But Mary wanted to put seniors first in all aspects and to always do what is right, not just what was profitable, so she sought out entrepreneur Marc Lilly and the two co-founded Concierge Care Advisors, where their ‘Agenda Number One’ is to protect vulnerable seniors and their families. Mary wanted to ensure that CCA would rise above the rest by honestly and equitably letting seniors and their families know all their options, not just the most profitable for referral agencies. And they wanted to do more than hand nervous and overwhelmed families a list of facilities; they wanted to provide true “Concierge Care”, offering personal service and carefully vetted recommendations. Mary wanted to elevate the industry where health providers view placement and referral agencies as an extension when patients leave hospitals and rehabilitation units in order to collectively support Seniors through the aging process, which can be so overwhelming.
Born and raised in Mountlake Terrace as the ninth child of ten in her family, Mary benefitted from a multi-generational household after her grandmother moved in to help care for the family. That loving relationship permeates Mary’s passion for people, especially Seniors and those who have fallen on hard times.

Credentials: HIPAA Certified, CCA Certified
Contact: (253) 222-8932 or firstname.lastname@example.org
From day one, Betsy has always loved older people. Having been born as a “surprise” to her older parents and siblings (Her brother started college when she started kindergarten) she has always had such a positive influence of older caretakers in her life, and at a very young age, developed into a passion for seniors. One of her very special influences was her “Grandad” who she loved dearly and they spent many days fishing together.
Betsy has an Associate of Arts degree from Cottey College, in Nevada, MO and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition from Colorado State University.
She has over 12 years of experience in the senior care industry which includes Manager of the Meals on Wheels Program in Pierce County, working at Olympic Alzheimer’s Residence in Gig Harbor and most recently working at Providence Mother Joseph Care Center in Olympia.
Betsy’s spent numerous hours volunteering with different agencies to include Habitat for Humanity, Paint Tacoma Beautiful, local food banks, Food Lifeline and HOPE 253. Her time spent volunteering has taken her twice to Peru where she was part of a team providing free medical/dental services in extremely poor communities. “A part of her heart was definitely left in South America” where she would love to return to serve again.
Her mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and her dad with stroke related dementia. This is where she and her 2 siblings had to learn firsthand how to navigate unfamiliar territory in finding appropriate/quality long term care facilities for them. This has allowed her to personally relate to the heartache that can go along with the process of walking through what can seem like “muddy waters” and help families see “clearly” what needs to be done.
Faith and family are first and foremost to Betsy. She is a wife of 30+ years, a mother and mother-in-law to a beautiful daughter and son-in-law. She loves taking long walks outside, being in the mountains, camping and visiting with friends.
