Claudine has extensive experience in case management, social services, and discharge planning. She served as a patient/client advocate, smoothing communication between clinicians, patients, and families. In a role ideal for helping Concierge Care Advisors’ seniors and their families, Claudine facilitated patient plans and goals. She has served as a counselor, working on conflict resolution and problem-solving.

As a leader, Claudine has provided patient education as well as staff training and oversight of policies and procedures. This area of her expertise is specific to her role with Concierge Care Advisors, where our standards for long-term care providers, caregivers, and other professional services are so extraordinary.

Claudine has spent the past 5 years working as a discharge planner in the rehabilitation unit of a skilled nursing community. Her favorite part of the job was sitting and visiting one-on-one with seniors, learning their life stories. Earlier in her career, Claudine greatly enjoyed her time managing a unique adult family home for young developmentally disabled adults.

Claudine is an avid Seahawks fan and movie buff and loves all things about Mt. Rainier. She serves as a teacher and volunteer in her church’s children’s division.

My experience with Concierge Care Advisors was wonderful. Our advisor, Jennifer James could not have been more compassionate, concerned or committed. She was knowledgeable, kind and always accessible. She answered every question and worked tirelessly on our behalf navigating through a very complex and complicated medical infrastructure.

I’m not sure how we were connected with Concierge Care Advisors but we are thankful to the staff member at the hospital that passed our information along. We were connected with Kelsey and from the first conversation she was “on it!”. With in a week, she had identified and arranged for us to tour a handful of adult family homes. She was prompt returning phone calls and extremely helpful in guiding us through the process. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. The experience was beyond 5*.
