As an industry insider, Mary Cordova spent five years as vice president and director of referral services for another placement and referral agency, and as a distributor of durable medical equipment for more than two decades, selling supplies to hospitals, nursing homes and physicians. She also served as an executive director in a memory care community.
But Mary wanted to put seniors first in all aspects and to always do what is right, not just what was profitable, so she sought out entrepreneur Marc Lilly and the two co-founded Concierge Care Advisors, where their ‘Agenda Number One’ is to protect vulnerable seniors and their families. Mary wanted to ensure that CCA would rise above the rest by honestly and equitably letting seniors and their families know all their options, not just the most profitable for referral agencies. And they wanted to do more than hand nervous and overwhelmed families a list of facilities; they wanted to provide true “Concierge Care”, offering personal service and carefully vetted recommendations. Mary wanted to elevate the industry where health providers view placement and referral agencies as an extension when patients leave hospitals and rehabilitation units in order to collectively support Seniors through the aging process, which can be so overwhelming.
Born and raised in Mountlake Terrace as the ninth child of ten in her family, Mary benefitted from a multi-generational household after her grandmother moved in to help care for the family. That loving relationship permeates Mary’s passion for people, especially Seniors and those who have fallen on hard times.

Brian has extensive experience in senior residential communities. He spent the previous twelve years as executive director, sales and marketing director, and activity director for various Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care Communities. Brian has helped hundreds of families make the right choice in long term care, get settled, and utilize all resources possible to their highest advantage. Brian brings a keen awareness of the products and services that are available to seniors and their families. As a professional that has been on the community side of the journey through aging, he understands and recognizes the process that families must go through. Because of this recognition, Brian is able to provide encouragement, understanding, and insight on how to navigate the process, while providing outstanding service and advocacy for Concierge Care Advisors’ clients, their families, and their assets. Prior to working in the Senior Care Industry, Brian worked with children and adolescents in the non-profit sector, including the YMCA and Boys & Girls Clubs for more than five years. A resident of Issaquah with his wife Suzi, and children Hannah (10) and Zach (6),, Brian is deeply involved in his community; volunteerism, coaching, school events, and more. They are avid fans of the Seattle Sounders FC (soccer) fans.
Brian got started the Senior Care Industry due to a passion for helping people and has been extremely fortunate to be surrounded by so many wonderful, caring people, as well as finding a purpose in the profession on a daily basis.
Brian has been given the unique opportunity to truly make a difference on a daily basis and that keeps him motivated. He recognizes that in this industry we each have an opportunity to completely change the lives of Seniors day in and day out. Kathy brings over 30 years of experience to Concierge Care Advisors, working on many different levels and many different facets of senior housing and elder care.
Kathy’s unique and diversified background has allowed her to hold positions a multiple positions within senior living communities. For instance, at one time she has been both the Director of Nursing and the Director of Marketing in Assisted Living Communities.
Throughout her academic career, Kathy has undergone a great deal of nursing education. This gives her the distinct advantage of understanding special cases in senior care. She can address and manage medical issues concerning the family. In addition, her marketing background has provided her with an appreciation of the specific placement needs of a family. She does not automatically categorize families, but assessing their needs and wants, prioritizing them to provide them with the best possible outcome.
Her passion for senior living and health, comes from having lost her sister to Alzheimer’s Disease at the young age of 61. She has experienced first-hand what a devastating diagnosis this can be to individual, but also to the family that loves them. Because of this, she has sought to provide guidance for people who are suffering from this disease and give help and advice to the families involved. It’s a very personal life interruption and she strives to provide others with the resources she was never given.

In addition to all these traits and wealth of experience that make Kathy a tremendous asset to Concierge Care Advisors, she has also written a children’s book called Whitney’s School Morning based on the truisms from growing up. She continues to write poems and accounts her experience and thoughts on life. Furthermore, she spends much of her free time reading the works of John Grisham and James Patterson, but also enjoys movies, music, and above all, dancing.

Patricia is a Senior Care specialist who has been helping the elderly since 2007. She has experience collaborating with physicians and their staff to help Seniors obtain appropriate mobility aids in addition to providing one on one companionship for seniors suffering from memory loss (such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia). She has been highly regarded by her peers, employers, and seniors for her comprehensive and yet compassionate communication.
In the past, she worked for The Scooter Store where she interacted regularly with seniors in need of mobility aids. She was commended for her thorough assessments, taking into consideration the seniors’ medical history, insurance, financial and physician information; always keeping the safety needs of the senior first and foremost while at the same time working towards the goal of helping them to stay as healthy and independent as possible.
In regards to senior housing, Patricia Agrelius has worked as a licensed loan officer, also providing options regarding home remodeling to accommodate special needs specific to aging. This provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the housing industry and the ability to determine what amenities are paramount to seniors and their families.
She believes that faith and family are a top priority and follows the saying, “People won’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.”

Susan’s passion for senior care comes from her personal experience as a caregiver to her mother for 11 years. Learning first-hand, the stress, anxieties and pressures of helping a loved one you’re committed to is what made her want to help others. People are indecisive as is and when someone’s life hangs in their hands, it can be downright daunting. Having walked in their shoes, Susan understands the trials and tribulations of family caregivers. Her goal is to help guide families, to help them make the right decisions because she has “always felt that our seniors are a gift that should be treasured and never thrown away. They provide wisdom, knowledge and a lifetime of achievements to be celebrated.”
Beyond her personal experience, Susan Dale has worked in new business development in the healthcare arena for 15 years. Lisa has been a representative in the medical community in the greater Seattle area since 2001.Her area of focus has been in Pharmaceutical sales, marketing radiology services and durable medical equipment including oxygen, CPAP and in home sleep testing.
Lisa came to Concierge Care as an advisor from an Assisted Living, specializing in Memory Care where she was a Director of Sales .She developed her passion for seniors there, and loved helping families transition their loved one to a place where she knew they would be happier, less isolated and well taken care of. Lisa is now with our team to help families on a full time basis, and loves seeing outcomes that change both seniors and their family’s lives for the better during what can sometimes be a difficult time with extra support and guidance needed.
Lisa was born and raised in southern Alberta, and has been in Kirkland for 23 years where she currently lives with her 12 year old daughter Amanda. Both Amanda and Lisa love the NW and like to hike, bike, ski and play tennis.

Michelle has worked in the senior living industry for the better part of a decade. She has served the Northwest side of Seattle as a Home Health Specialist for Right at Home, a company that specializes in providing supportive care and assistance to elders and disabled adults.
Michelle Marr’s background is in Diabetes Research Nursing at the University of Washington. She has also studied community relations in assisted living communities, home care and home health.
One of the reasons it behooves Michelle to work with the elderly is because she enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life. People who have grown into who they are today from their individual path.
Michelle has entered into this field to help those who are at a difficult time in their lives. Many who are secure in who they are as people, but struggling to maintain their independence. Susan started her career in the senior care/health industry by working in aquatics (exercise and therapy). After helping elders through this type of physical therapy, Susan focused on the mental health of elders and worked in assisted living.
After a decade of providing care for the elderly, Susan worked in pediatrics and home health, effectively assisting the opposite spectrum of those in need: children. Although she still consults and works with her clients, she wanted to continue working with seniors, albeit in a new capacity.
Susan has a wide-breadth of knowledge from her years of experience but, in addition to her work history, she’s even taught classes in basic caregiving and specialized caregiving for dementia and mental health.

Early on, Tanya Schofield worked as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and that experience no doubt fed her need to help those in need. She went on to work in sales and marketing in the hospitality industry and later, became an assistant administrator for a memory care community. There she managed the day-to-day operations alongside the DNS.
Throughout these careers, Tanya has developed a passion for helping seniors, loved ones and people in need.
