About Concierge Care Advisors
Concierge Care Advisors strives to elevate the elder care and senior housing referral services industry through personalized attention. Headquartered in Seattle, the agency helps individuals and families identify the best senior housing, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, in-home care and other senior living solutions based on each individual's unique circumstances. Each Concierge Care Advisor is HIPAA and CCA certified and is among the West Coast's best-trained senior care and housing professionals. Our Care Advisors pride themselves on providing quality and reliable senior care referral services.
How are the Concierge Care Advisors Paid?
The service is entirely complimentary to the seniors and their families. Should you choose Concierge Care Advisors for your senior housing needs, neither you, nor your family, will pay the advisors anything. Our services are free to you and your loved ones.
So, often the question becomes, "How are the Care Advisors compensated for their time and efforts?"
Our Care Advisors are compensated by the senior housing communities they refer seniors to. However, we don't want you to get the wrong idea. Our Care Advisors truly believe in finding the right senior housing facility for your loved one. We only affiliate with senior communities that uphold our high standards.
Concierge Care Advisors don't simply say "We affiliate with the best," but have even pushed our standards and ideals to fruition by helping pass the House Bill 1494 to improve the conditions of senior referral agencies.
We want you to know that it does not matter if you have a low-income or are surviving off of Medicaid -- in those situations, our Care Advisors rarely receive compensation from the senior community they refer the elder to, but that does NOT mean we take their needs any less seriously. Even after a facility has passed our rigorous scrutiny, we continually inspect the environments to ensure that they are upholding the highest standards of senior care; we visit these communities more often than the Department of Human and Social Services (DHSH) which, in Washington State, is only obligated to inspect facilities every 15 months. We also check back with the families we have referred to elderly communities to make sure their needs are being met.
